Black Dog Running is a poetic, non-fiction exploration of the filmmaker's struggles with life & periodic death ('The Black Dog'). The film traces his attempt to leash the 'Dog', including daily video journals, long-distance running and a strict routine of 'life stuff' with a celebrated San Francisco artist.
